A small Wisconsin-based business started in a tiny garage 25 years ago. We are lucky to be based in one of the most beautiful places on earth, near the heart of the Kettle Moraine Forest. We are women-owned and women-run… with a little help from a few good men. We are not part of some large corporation, and because of that we get to choose the products we use and love, to bring to you, our customers, whose business allows us to do what we love and to work among our friends, all within our greater community of horsemen and women.
We believe that many of life’s problems can be solved by a good ride. We know that a good ride requires great saddles and tack, and we are saddle and tack experts. Saddle fitting is our wheel house.
All day, every day.
We believe in the value of American-Made products. Every saddle in our store and on our website is made here, by Americans. Every headstall, breastcollar, and set of reins has been hand-finished by someone earning a living wage and carrying on the tradition of craftsmanship we are all proud of.
First and foremost, we believe the American consumer should be empowered with the knowledge of the widespread good that comes from purchasing an American-Made product.
Every item in our store and on our website has been carefully chosen or designed by us, for you. We test our products daily, over and over again, until we have a perfect selection of saddles that fit, tack you count on, and clothes we love to share.
The women at West 20 not only pick the pretty clothes, but run the computer systems, crunch the numbers, manage the cash flow, make the mistakes, fix the mistakes, load the trailers, and lead the charge. We believe that business is a team effort, and a powerful engine of change. We hope you like what you see, but most of all, we hope you’ll tell us what you think at www.west20.com.
Thanks for you business!
